Thats sounds like such a nourishing structure Michelle. I also came here to say thank you for supporting my little newsletter and podcast. And that the Fall / Autumn image above is magnificent! Thank you for your work.

Linn, that’s so kind of you. Serendipitously, I listened to your conversation (part 1) with Miguel while walking along that path. A beautiful conversation for a beautiful fall morning! Thank you! ❤️🍁✨

I’m excited about this and also happy you found a structure that feels supportive for your thoughts. And if you need to change it again, by all means! Refine as you go…

I have a personal interest in family health. How you incorporate your son “O” into the “seasons.” I’m always curious about ways to make health a family ordeal.

Other items top of mind:

-Children…do they need multivitamins or supplements if they eat well? Whats your mindset around the amount of processed food and sugar kids are exposed to?

-is our nutrition really lacking in produce from grocery store or is it scare tactics?

- How can we cook and plan our pantry out so we’re not spending an incredible amount of money at the farmers markets? What should we spend on…what can we save on? Do you have websites you like to buy things in bulk that are superior items (beans, rice, etc)?

I’m insatiably curious about lots of things but these are a few top of mind. I also love when you share other people you follow and find inspiration from. I’ve enjoyed the blanched greens in hockey puck disks, some beans you’ve written about (made me want to eat more beans!), and recipe developers you’ve shared…
