This April marks two years since I began this Substack newsletter—a space where I’ve shared the rhythms of the seasons, the healing power of food, and the beauty of slow, intentional living. Writing to you each week has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey, and the community we’ve built here continues to inspire me.
As I sat down to envision what the next evolution of this newsletter could be, three words came to mind: creativity, connection, and community. I knew that whatever came next, it had to reflect the heart of this space—one that feels different from other health-focused platforms. A space that is not only about information, but about storytelling, seasonal rhythms, and the deeper ways we nourish ourselves—body, mind, and spirit. A space that is shared from the heart...
And so, as we step into this next season together, I’m excited to offer a more immersive way to engage with this work—one that deepens our connection and allows me to create even more for and with you.
